A tall highball or Collins glass (12–16 oz). The Mojito needs height for the muddled mint, crushed ice, white rum, lime and soda. The tall narrow shape lets the mint aroma rise to the nose while the long ice column keeps the drink cold. Avoid lowballs – the muddled mint won't fit properly.

The Collins glass is a tall, narrow highball (12–16 oz), specifically named for the Tom Collins cocktail (gin, lemon, sugar, soda). It's identical to a standard highball but slightly taller and narrower. Modern bar use treats them as interchangeable. Our Vintage Art Deco 1920s' Highball and Mykonos Highball both work.

Hand wash Glassique Cadeau crystal glasses in warm water with a mild detergent, then air-dry upside down on a soft cloth or stemware rack to prevent water spots. Avoid extreme temperature changes – never pour ice into a hot-from-the-dishwasher glass or hot liquid into a refrigerated one, since thermal shock can crack crystal. Store stemware upright (not on the rim) to protect the lip. For gold-rimmed, painted, or hand-cut sets, hand wash only.
