WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

We share Personal Information with service providers who process it on our instructions and only as needed to run our store: Shopify (website hosting, checkout and payment processing), Amazon and its logistics network (order fulfilment and delivery), ByteStand (routing of orders to fulfilment), Klaviyo (email communications), and — only after your consent where required — Google and Meta (analytics and advertising) and Microsoft Clarity (site experience analytics). We do not sell your Personal Information.

We may also disclose information: for legal reasons, to comply with a valid legal inquiry or investigation, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, to protect the safety, interests, rights or property of Glassique Cadeau, you, or any third party, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection; and in connection with Community Features as described above.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, notably in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards: the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
