Alaska and Hawaii ship free by standard service (about 8 to 15 days). Canada: CA$12.90 standard, free on orders of CA$119 or more, taxes added at checkout. United Kingdom: £9.90 standard, free on orders of £89 or more, VAT included. European Union: standard shipping is €9.90 and orders of €89 or more ship free.

US orders of $89 or more arrive in 2 business days in the 48 contiguous states. Standard US orders typically arrive within a week. EU orders take 2 to 5 business days, up to 7 for remote areas and islands. Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

The United States (no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico or other US territories), Canada, the United Kingdom, and all 27 EU countries. EU and UK prices include VAT; EU orders ship from warehouses inside the EU with no customs charges.

US and Canada: return any unused set in its original gift box within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. You pay the return shipping. Email shop@glassiquecadeau.com with your order number to start. EU and UK: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, and you cover the direct cost of the return.

Most sets are marked dishwasher safe by the maker; the product page for each set states it. Where a set is unmarked, hand washing is the gentle default. Use the glassware programme where your dishwasher has one.

Yes. Our crystal sets are made from lead-free crystal. A few designs in the catalogue are borosilicate or pressed glass and say so on their product page.

Our signature crystal sets are hand-blown and hand-finished, which is why you may see tiny bubbles or slight variation between glasses. That is the mark of the craft, not a defect. Each product page states how the set is made.

Every set ships in a fitted gift box with a shape-matching cloth lining and cocktail recipes printed inside the lid. No wrapping needed, and the box doubles as storage.
